CHALK Residence

This new structure is located adjacent to an existing pool and it serves as a guesthouse and a recording studio for the time being. It is approximately 2,120 square feet with a bedroom, sleeping loft, kitchen, bath, living / dining and sound room / future utility. It has slab on grade, wood framed, double height single story at the living room space with a combination of plaster and limestone veneer and standing seam metal roofs. Other features include a covered porch in the front, an outdoor fire pit and shower, and low stone walls that tie the house and walks to the surrounding landscape.
