Buck Creek village

MASTERPLAN

An undeveloped 15-acre parcel of land next to the historic core of Bandera, Texas was master planned by the Architects. The owner wanted to create a neighborhood center that has the look and feel of what “Old Bandera” used to be like. The scheme includes a fire station, a bank, a pharmacy, bed and breakfasts, multifamily, single family and neighborhood amenities such as parks and pavilions. Streets and sidewalks were laid out to support building placements that are closer to the street with continuous covered walkways and canopies. Retail will be in part supported by apartments and offices that are above all buildings in the Village Center and by connecting with the existing streets to promote circulation through Buck Creek Village.
